I read the reviews before purchasing and noticed that some buyers received damaged parts, but mine arrived in perfect condition with no broken parts, chipped paint or missing parts. I'm sure most of it has to do with the shipping and not the company itself. So many thanks to the courier for taking care of my package. I'm a single mom so I was a bit apprehensive about assembling it by myself but I had no problems. I assembled it completely by myself in about an hour. The instructions were pretty basic and not very detailed, but they really shouldn't have been because they were pretty clear and easy to understand. I have a NaturePedic crib mattress with square corners (unlike some other mattresses with rounded corners) and it fits the frame perfectly. I don't have to worry about the extra space between the frame and mattress so nothing gets lost or limbs get trapped which is a huge plus! I love that the sides of the bed are high enough to accommodate a squirming toddler while they sleep, but short enough that they can easily climb out on their own. The bed is very durable and well built to withstand years of use. I am very happy with my purchase, I have no regrets, it's great! My daughter also loves the detailing on the footrest to check her sleep patterns and play with the date and time. extra bonus! If you have any doubts about whether this purchase is worth it for your little beloved Minnie, do not hesitate. That's great! I have a blanket and pillow for babies, but a regular pillow will do.
