I love this bag! I commute quite a bit so I throw A LOT of stuff in my bag so I was really looking for something with enough room but not too bulky plus a sleek, professional look that I could still use as my everyday bag. It really fits the bill! I was definitely concerned as I'm picky, but I was really shocked at how well made this bag was. I've been using it every day for about 2 weeks and it seems strong, but I guess only time will tell! The only thing I would change is to make the shoulder straps a bit longer, but that's personal preference. I've added my little flare to this bag which is otherwise pretty basic and I feel like I have a very cute bag to carry anything functional and trendy. Buy it!
