Review on Protector Protective Countertop Waterproof Tablecloth by Joseph Stone

Love Love I love this product and get millions of compliments. It's impenetrable because it's thick. Probably around 8 inches or so. So easy to clean. Simply wipe down with glass cleaner for the shine you see here. I only have a dining room (no kitchen table) so my beautiful cherry dining table is the center of our family life. I am the grandmother of 3 boys who spend a lot of time at this table, eating, crafting, climbing on it to build with lego or have transformer wars. I like the table to be protected so I have felt padding on top which is very ugly. I cover it with a beautiful lace tablecloth that will never stand children, let alone three clawed cats. In the past I've ordered durable see-through tablecloths, but they only last a few months before being cut or torn and then food, liquids, and dirt seeping through. They are also always very wrinkled and cloudy. Also, I work from home at this desk and have never been able to write on it because the plastic tablecloth was so thin the lace underneath made it too clumpy to write on. This cover literally solves all problems. It does not wrinkle and is easy to write on and clean. It is suitable for kittens, small children and family meals together. It protects your table and tablecloth with a durable waterproof screen and I can easily write on it during working hours. The best thing is that it is clear so you can see my beautiful lace tablecloth below. I didn't choose fully clean because the reviews didn't approve. I chose the color "smoky" but on the table it looks completely transparent. I measured my table according to the instructions. It is big. 108 x 44 and sent the dimensions. My countertop arrived within a week. It was cut to specification and although the box was heavy, it opened and opened when I took out the product. I haven't had any issues with product curling or bad odor. I immediately put it on the table to check the fit. It was almost perfect out of the box, but I had to cut about an inch from the long side and about 1/2 inch from a corner near the table top. The product came with a tape measure and a small trimming tool, but I felt I had more control over trimming with sharp scissors. Although the product is a bit thick and difficult to cut with scissors, my end result was perfect in every way. I have no idea what your lifestyle is like, but for this work-from-home grandma with a very busy personal life and only one desk (which I'd love to keep great but use every day), this product was the answer to my prayers .
