Review on Capital ID by Mike Starling

It helps us manage our accounts receivable by providing an easy way for customers or prospects that have not made payment in time to contact their account manager who can then follow up with them via email/text etc until they pay back what's owed! The reporting system could be more user friendly but I think it does its job well enough as long you know how to use your computer properly (I'm very tech savvy). We are managing all incoming payments from clients into one place so we don't need multiple systems which makes accounting easier since there isn't constant switching between different programs when working at my desk.
