Awesome $25 Horween Chromexcel Leather Strap!

This is a great Horween Chromexcel IMO leather strap, especially for $25. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more in other colors and buckle colors in the near future! The quality is very good, the stitching too, the thickness is just right and still flexible for this thickness, and you can DEFINITELY tell it's Horween Chromexcel leather just by the smell/smell! I have many much more expensive leather watches. strap (Craft and Lore Black NATO for $110 + shipping) and my absolute FAVORITE leather strap (Ashland Leather Horween Black Shell Cordovan $89 shipping and worth EVERY penny), but at only $25 I don't think you can find a nicer one and higher quality HORWEEN Chromexcel strap. I really encourage you to find a better one for $25 LoL shipping ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‰ The ONLY bad thing I have to say about it is that the second free-moving strap is really big and won't stay in it. Place. It kept coming off the end of the strap. But of course that didn't make much of a difference to me, I just smeared some Gorilla Glue on the inside of the buckle strap and glued it in place as I only need it in one buckle hole to feel comfortable all day. The wrist is constantly swollen and tight (and that's with 3 extra holes at the end of the strap. However, if you have a narrower wrist, the second holder probably won't move at all, and if you have a larger wrist than my 7.5" wrist you don't need a second strap at all as the sewn on one is perfect for you, just one with a large second keeper so PLEASE don't let that put you off getting those awesome Horween Chromexcel straps! And if it seems to me... it took me less than 5 minutes to figure out where to glue my second holder and apply glue, then I just let it dry and glued for about 48 hours and now it's absolutely PERFECT for me and my wrist! One thing which is worth noting this is made from one long piece of leather then folded in half and glued together I appreciated that I don't think it ever will will fall apart. In fact, if you didn't know any better, you'd never know it was glued together. And since it's folded and glued it basically makes the inside of the strap "lined" and therefore more comfortable, IMO a beautiful dark caramel brown with an AMAZING patina. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend these bands (as do all of my other Hemsut leather bands) and I think they're phenomenal at $25). I have 60-70+ watch bands just for my 30+ watch and this is one of my favorites and will probably stay that way for a very long time. That's the beauty of FULL Grain leather and especially Horween leather as it really does get better with age! And if anything happens to me over time, I will immediately spend another $25 on it and plan to buy many more in the future!
