Just about to spend $200 on a fancy 5S toolbox foam. I decided the price was wrong but I followed the advice of several customers. They all recommended this hot knife. I ordered this knife with 4 additional sets of blades. I then drove to Harbor Freight and bought 2 of their four packs of anti-fatigue foam mats. I used gorilla glue and placed two open cell foam pads along with gorilla glue and water, I put a weight on the pads, today it was done. My new knife arrived today, I traced the inside of my new 3 box Milwaukee package. The knife did a great job cutting my styrofoam to fit my new tool box. The thin tip is because I wish I had a longer blade to cut 1" thick foam. I look forward to adapting my set of general purpose sockets and wrenches to my new toolbox. Organizing the tools makes the job easier Significantly. I'm all for making the job easier and more efficient. The hot knife worked great, my wife can also use it for crafts. It was a good purchase.
