Couldn't figure out why my batteries weren't being fully charged. It's because something came loose inside the unit. So if I squeeze it, it works and when I stop squeezing, it's stops working. (Hmm, sounds like my spouse, um, nevermind.) I've owned it for a while, not sure when it stopped being reliable.Edit: within a day or two of posting this I was contacted by the company and offered a replacement unit. I took them up on this and a few days later I have the new unit in my hand. Great service!
