🔋 EBL Battery Charger Combo: Rechargeable AA Battery 2800mAh (4pcs) and AAA Battery 1100mAh (4pcs) + Charger for AA/AAA/C/D NiMH Batteries Review

The charger works great for a low priced charger. It charges all NiCads up to their maximum amperage. However I did have to get a wall charger adapter (EBL USB Wall Charger, 5V 2.1A Charger Adapter for EBL) for the device so I can charge batteries in my workshop from a wall outlet. You would think that it would come with it.

Have used them less than 6 months and they don’t work or charge anymore. Can’t tell if it’s the batteries or the charger but I’m not happy.Update: company contacted me and troubleshooted the issue and sent a replacement. So far the replacements work, but I will update again if they fail like the last set. I’m hopeful my last set was a dud.

I am going on a cross-country motorhome trip. I try to use rechargeable items such as flashlights, Bluetooth speakers, and fans. I then replace the rechargeable batteries when needed and plug this charger in an inverter power plug.

Update: I got a replacement charger. However this charger has the same exact problem when you put in all eight batteries to charge the screen flashes and no charging happens. The only difference being limited to six cells rather than four cells functioning when all batteries are inserted. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the power supply going to the charger because I’m using the cord that came with it I even tried another mini USB as well as a similar micro USB to see if it was the cord…

This is a really nice battery charger! I was already pretty sure it would be, based on the reviews, but after having it in my hands I can see that it is well built, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. I like the fact that, instead of plugging it into a 120 VAC outlet, you plug it into a 5 VDC phone charger. It comes with a cable to do so, with a type C connector on the end, but--even better-- I noticed that it has 2 voltage input connectors on it, one for the type C, and another one for a type B

I use these batteries in a remote control, the annoying toilet flusher, a portable radio, my owl alerts, flashlights, and many other battery powered gadgets that normally discharge batteries. So far they work really well in these gadgets and the charger surprisingly charges them faster than I thought. I bought this charger as the springs which held the batteries in place in my previous charger broke, and it didn't appear to be a user-friendly repair issue. The EBL charger takes up less space than my previous charger (a little easier for travel) and electricity is provided via micro-USB cable. This battery charger works just as it should. I put 8 brand new AA’s in it at the same time & they were all charged within 2 hours. The batteries are very easy to install. Worked great for about 18 months then just started erroring anytime I put more than 2 batteries on a side. Didn't matter if they were the same size or mixed (AA & AAA). I first purchased EBL batteries and USB chargers for a trip to South Africa knowing that I would have no issues that I could have had with all of my AC chargers. The batteries are high capacity, another great feature for use in electronic flash and similar devices. They have continued to serve me well, and I have begun to clean out my older NiMH batteries and these were the replacement for me. Nice charger, still excellent batteries. Recommended.

I have had this for a few months now and it is a very nice unit. I had an older Energizer and it cooked the batteries.hey didn't last long. This one charges slower but the batteries last longer and hold the charge (I think) longer than when juiced up too quickly. I will buy again if need be.

The included batteries arrived pretty low on charge. I loaded up the eight AA batteries that came with this charger. Sometimes, the fit was tricky to get the machine to accept the battery. It didn't always register that there was a battery present. They did all line up and start charging after a bit of fussing. Once each battery reached its full charge, it was hot. This charger charged my batteries and is versatile in that it can charge many different battery sizes and a fair number of each at a time. My only issue is it using USB or USB-C for power and they leave it up to you to supply the plugin and different plugs provide different power levels. My older iphone plug would only charge four AA batteries instead of 8. My ipad plug work great and has enough power to charge batteries in all the slots.

I don't know why but I charge the batteries (same brand) and when they are fully charged I remove them and put them back on charge immediately. then it always tells me that it lacks a charge and then it keeps charging again. I don't know why this happens but something is wrong. either the charger or the batteries it came with.

I purchased this charger last year and used it only once to test out the product. It worked as described, but just tried to charge batteries for 2nd time after being stored away. The charger just blinks showing its charging but after over 4 hours, still will not show fully charged.
