I like how simple it was to use this platform, as well as their customer support team! It's very intuitive for beginners who have never used any other exchanges before; they even had videos explaining everything in detail which made me feel comfortable using them immediately after signing up with no questions asked or doubts about anything at all regarding my account security concerns (which were non existent).
