Review on Anterra by John Brouillard

I like how easy it is for me as my secretary/assistant, since everything about our business flows through this software! The program does not load quickly - sometimes takes over 5 minutes just trying open one form or page of information in order fill out something new; also very slow when using with more than 1 screen at once (also have multiple monitors connected). Make sure you get all permissions correct before doing anything!! Do NOT be afraid if there are problems because support team will help walk thru those issues stepbystep along way solving any "mystery" issue right away after working wth customer service representative until we solve problem together. We use these programs daily so they must always work flawlessly 24hrs 7 days per week 365days year round without fail otherwise i'm going back home early. ! I like how easy it is for me as both my accountant, but also myself (I'm not very tech savvy). It's been great so far! The only thing we've noticed at this point in time is sometimes when you're trying to edit something they don't always update right away - which can be frustrating if you need them quickly or are working with deadlines. We haven't run into any issues yet though; just keep doing what you normally do. Keeping track of our cash flow has become much easier since using Anterras software.
