They have good knowledge of our website as compared to other agencies in this field. The costumer service quality could be better though. We get many calls from people who are not searching at all or just do one thing like looking around some places which we can't provide due to high commission fee. So far I haven’t seen any benefits but maybe there're hidden ones that we don’t know about yet? We tried 3 different companies before hiring them after doing research online. In case if you would ask me now where exactly they stand out in comparison with others then probably it's their best customer support! Their support team really helps us solving every question during each stage of project implementation process. It will help us solve most frequent problems related to website optimization and increasing new clients visits. This has helped increase revenue by 5 times since launch time (from 50 users/month to 500). The support of the whole Sintesys team was excellent! Very helpful, always available to answer questions and willing to help. Nothing really. I would say that the process can be slower than what it should be but this is probably due to the language barrier between me and my customer (it's in french). We were looking for a solution to manage our bookings and sales at the same time. It has helped us to improve our internal processes and our customer experience.
