So first off I'll admit that I didn't pay much attention to the cable length when I made my purchase. I just got back to school and found I didn't have a charging cable for my graphing calculator (TI-nSpire) so I bought one. The cord is actually 10 feet long and I had no problem stretching it. It's end to end in my school's dorm (may not require many people). The cable is braided and appears to be quite durable, both ends of the cable fit very well into the ports that accept them.
