This product is as described. Keep in mind that the top-to-bottom distance can be 65 inches from the center seam, but that doesn't mean it reaches the bottom of the 60-inch rack. You need to consider the bulk of the clothing on the hanger as well as the ends of the hanger that will fit there. I really wish it was about 4-6 inches longer for it to reach the bottom, but it's a good replacement for the lid that's worn out on my current storage shelf. It looks very nice and I think it will work for my purpose of protecting the theatrical costumes I have in my basement from dust and moisture.
