Within a month my dog โโjust started ignoring him.
I bought two of these and my dog noticed the noise within the first 2.3 weeks, after that he just stopped responding to the device and the barking continued. I also recommended it to a friend the first week I had mine and she bought it for her dog too. She said it didn't affect her dog in any way. Very disappointed with Petsafe products lately. I've also used two different bark collars and they work for a while and then fail. Now I'm looking for another brand.
