There is nothing wrong with this warmer. Not only does it heat the wax, but it is also very beautiful and well made. It's real ceramic and feels. The lighting is nice too. It is exceptionally well packaged. The company really does everything to protect it. The only problem I had was with the lightbulb. Burned out quickly. As after only 3 uses. I have ordered 2 different types of 25V replacement bulbs that I will try. You don't get good reviews, you do. (The one that came with the heating pad has bad reviews so we'll see) This has nothing to do with how much I like the heating pad. No more soot and the wonderful waxy smells I love with an added night light effect.
