We use this printer for the daily tasks of an office worker. I have been using these machines for many years. The quality of this printer seems to have declined over the years. We need to clean the paper feeders frequently to prevent misfeeds and clean them with corona wire to prevent dots from appearing on printed documents. We replace them when the photoconductor fails because repairing it is more expensive than replacing it. We plan to look at other manufacturers when the next Brother comes out because we do more maintenance on a daily basis than we think is necessary.
