These candles are quite expensive so you must really like the person you are making/decorating the cake for. Also, some other reviewers didn't like them because the glitter got on their cakes, but my candles came with bases that you could insert the candles into, making it easy to avoid this problem if you apply them carefully. Anyway, eating some plastic can't be much worse than stuffing your face with excess sugar and food coloring, right?! Overall, they're fun and cute, but still expensive for crayons.
