When this arrived I was delighted with the softness of the faux fur (it feels really soft and luxurious) and thought my 9 year old girl would love it if she did opened as a gift - but didn't look at it long before quickly wrapping it under the tree which was my mistake. As soon as she opened it up and tried it on, we both realized it was too small for anyone other than maybe a very young child. The hood fits *easily* over the head and feels awkwardly, uncomfortably small. Either way, if you're looking for this for an adult, or heck a kid over 6, you should probably keep looking. We were both disappointed in this thing on Christmas morning - what a bummer.
