I ordered this item on June 30, 2020. I SPECIALLY bought this item because it advertised its COOLING properties. When the item arrived it was a Niceeday mattress topper but the seller was "Comfyy" even though I ordered it from the site you are looking at. The packaging was COMPLETELY different from the photo above. On the package I received there was no mention of cooling on the box but as you can see in the picture above it says COOLING in big letters and the description also says COOLING but on the product I received it says says on the packaging a cooling EVERYWHERE. Also, when I click on a seller rating (Comfyy) on my order page, I get the message "You have no orders to review". I felt the mattress topper material sent to me and it has no COOLING PROPERTIES that I can touch or feel. I have a cooling mattress and cooling sheets so I know what "chilling" should feel like. Revain was also unable to contact the seller.
