Westcott makes some great modifiers but this 'convertible' umbrella didn't live up to its name. First, it's not much larger than my 43-inch Promaster convertible umbrella. The inner black leather has no reflective material which in itself causes the umbrella to absorb around 1-1.5 stops of light when used in a reflective configuration. Overall, my Promaster performs much better in both reflectivity and shooting. The Westcott screen's white "satin" finish is one of the least translucent screens I've seen, losing about 2 in comparison to the same screen /3 stops more light . 60 inch umbrella. The processing is good so far, it is a bit dented, the ribs are not bent.
