I went with this company for the lighted mirror because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. The first mirror came with a chip in the bottom (horizontal). The communication from the company was excellent. They were out of stock of that size but I was OK to wait 30 days. In about 14 days they messaged me that a new order had been placed and I should receive the new mirror on June 21. And sure enough - on June 21 the new mirror arrived. I opened it up right away and it was in perfect condition. Every time I would message them they would message me right back and I always knew what was going on.Product is exactly what I wanted. It looks perfect in my basement bathroom. I will definitely order again from this company when I redo another bathroom.
