I was looking for some cute workout shorts and maybe casual wear that aren't butt shorts but still show off my body. These are spot on! The elastic band at the waist is wide enough to fit comfortably (and prevent the top from riding down) without constricting or creating a high-rise effect. They have a bit of stretch which makes them great for working out and overall the material is soft and very comfortable making them great for lounging on too. The length is perfect: covers the area under the buttocks, but doesn't go down far enough to look like men's (or old ladies') shorts. I'm about 135lbs 5ft 7in and the medium fits well. I think a small might work for me so next pair I order I'll try the small and see what size I like best. So yeah it's clear I love them as I plan to buy another pair.
