Excellent, with very few caveats.

Compact and cute. Enough to make yourself a 12-ounce cup of coffee every morning. So far no problems. However, I would have liked a lid. And do not place it directly on a heated surface for fear the paint will chip. While I would have preferred the usual stainless steel finish, the kettle was still excellent.
