DO NOT BUY. THIS IS NOT A TRAMPOLINE AS YOU THINK. It's like a trampoline, but the springs are so strong that it's not unlike a concrete floor to bounce up and down. I weigh 180 pounds and the springs are too stiff for me to bounce even a bit. It's very uncomfortable! Bouncing up and down on a concrete floor is a high-impact exercise, and this trampoline isn't much different than a concrete floor. You are much better off buying a bungee cord type trampoline that has some bounce. (WARNING: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)
