This has just been delivered and luckily it's going to rain for a week so we haven't taken Lucy into the water yet. I tried it on her and it fits perfectly. Lucy weighs 36 pounds. Boston/Boxer mix with a 25" bust. The velcro on the lower belly is really "tacky", the straps are easy to tighten and I like the extra safety belt in the front. We ordered pink and it's a beautiful pink. The handle is also very secure. I picked her up by the handle until she was at her best with no problems. And that fin! So fun! Can't wait to see him in the water. I've attached photos. As you can, isn't she surprised (wait till she gets her first swimming lesson lol) but mom is very offended and happy about this purchase.I have it 4 only because it hasn't been tested in the water.I will update as soon as it happens .
