This is quite suitable for my needs. I used it on a 1971 CT1 seat that I cut foam into. I also added a 1/8 inch piece of leather underneath this seat pad that was cut to the shape of the seat because there were holes in the foam and the holes needed to be visible through this seat pad. It's not as thick as motocross cases but stretches well and stays in place well. This type of seat used metal snap tabs to secure the material but I had to use rivets front and back as there were no tabs. Much luck!
