I set mine up in about 15 minutes. The instructions were a little unclear, but it was easy enough to put together without them. It doesn't seem to slip when I hit it, although the arms flex a bit. I bought a 7x7 because I don't have a lot of garage space, but my 50 inch wedge is almost out. If you want to use wedges or high ball flight, buy a larger size! The net itself is taut, but the way it descends causes the ball to hit the ground instead of coming back to you. If you hit grass or carpet it should be fine, but since the golf balls bounce off the concrete floor I have to chase them before they hit my garage door behind me. Update 6 months ahead: I haven't had any problems with this network yet. I spend at least an hour or two on it every week. Definitely recommended.
