I'm new to cycling. My first cycling shoes were the Venzo cycling shoes from Amazon, they came with pedals, everything was ok. These shoes are so much better anyway, I was wondering why it took me so long to upgrade. Very comfortable, noticeably improved power transmission. Size: I have wide feet and usually wear a size larger for narrow shoes. So I usually buy size 10.5 or 11 shoes from narrower brands like Nike. 45 fit my foot well. a little snug after my ride but i think it will break down fine.
