Review on Jones Walker by Tutan Dennard

I like that we have such great service at JWL! The staff are friendly & helpful with any questions you may ask them- even if it's something as simple question about filing or billing issues (which can be quite difficult). We've never had anything but positive experiences from working here so far.- Great customer experience for sure!! It would help greatly knowing what other options were out there when dealing w/billing matters vs internal resources within your own organization - perhaps they offer more "outward facing" solutions? Just because this was an issue where my team didn't know much better than me doesn' t mean noone else does either though :P But overall everything seems nice enough around billings / invoicing etc.. The Jones Walker team was very helpful when we were looking for an attorney to help us with a complicated tax issue. They were also very professional and responsive throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. We had a tax issue that required expertise in international tax law. Jones Walker provided the expertise and guidance we needed to resolve the issue.
