iFkoo's unreliable shipping and poor customer service both need to be addressed.

A recent encounter with the iFkoo online business left me feeling let down and frustrated. For the purpose of my home improvement project, I placed an order for a number of lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. While the products themselves were of a satisfactory quality, both the shipping procedure and the level of customer service left much to be desired. To begin, the shipping was unreliable and required a great deal more time than was anticipated. I am aware that delays are possible; however, iFkoo has not communicated with me about the delay or provided an anticipated delivery date. When I did finally receive my order, one of the ceiling fans was missing a component, and it took me weeks of back-and-forth with their customer service team to finally get the missing part shipped to me so I could finish assembling the fan. In terms of providing support to customers, it was a trying and unpleasant experience. The customer service representatives I spoke with were unresponsive and gave the impression that they had no interest in assisting me with my problem. It took a number of messages sent via email and phone calls before I finally received a response, and when I did, it was neither helpful nor instructive. The fact that iFkoo does not provide dependable shipping and has unhelpful customer service is the primary differentiating factor between it and its rivals. Although it's possible that the products themselves are of a satisfactory quality, purchasing with iFkoo was an unpleasant experience all around. It is my recommendation that you seek elsewhere for the answers to your questions regarding home improvement.
