Great for Uniden BCD436HP Scanners

I also have a BNC version of this 77CA antenna from Diamond which works very well with various Ham HT and other scanners but I was looking for a 436HP SMA version. I'm not sure why it picks up Motorola Trunk Simulcast 800MHz signals better than the other 5 handheld antennas I have, but it does. I also have a PRO-106 scanner and this antenna works very well, but in my opinion it is noticeably better on the BCD436HP. If you are looking for a great BCD436HP portable scanner antenna that fits well, I will definitely try this one. 73, B8VI
