Failed after 3 years of use PS4
The capacity of this hard drive was a big improvement over my PS4's stock hard drive. Unfortunately he passed away a few days ago and I lost everything. Three years ago he decided to give up his ghost. The drive is still under warranty, which I would like to claim, but I'm honestly wondering what will I do if Seagate replaces my broken drive with another unreliable, slow drive of the exact same model? I'd like a loan to upgrade to an SSD because I really don't want another crappy HDD dying again.
