I think their customer service is great! If you have any questions or concerns, they are quick to respond via email/phone call with very friendly reps who understand what we're going through as business owners just trying to solve problems that our clients face everyday.
The platform itself really isn't anything special at this time but it's definitely improving quickly - so don't be afraid of waiting if something seems too good to check out now versus later when things might change (which can happen pretty often). We've been able to streamline all aspects related to client satisfaction including reporting issues right from within MyEffOrtuous which has saved us tons of man hours over using other platforms in the past such as LiveChat & HelpScout.
