I've used this to fix very sticky drawers and it worked surprisingly well. The drawers have evolved from barely opening to sliding. Order enough, not just for the rails, but also check other contact points where boxes rub against the frame. Just applying it to the rails helped, but I went back and ordered more for the top and side of the drawer and it made a world of difference. I'm deducting a star because, despite being a "high link," it started to unravel where I tried to wrap it around the edge of the rails. It's best to apply it flat and not try to bend it around any edges.
