It was fairly easy to set up the chimes
This clock is way overpriced. It came with a dent on the front, and I tried to covered the scuff with a dark Old English polish. It wouldn’t take because it had been lacquered right over the bare scuff. The dial and attached movement are loose and freely move within the hole making the clock look lopsided. It was fairly easy to set up the chimes. However, the chimes sound very "tinny.” The numbers on the dial don’t look symmetrical. It’s too much of a hassle to send it back. It is cheap looking and projects shoddy workmanship. I wish I’d bought the Seiko.
- Chimes during the day, automatically doesn’t chime from 10pm - 5am. Keeps excellent time. Great clock!
- The battery life is short, and needs frequent replacement
