The customer support team are always very helpful at all times of day with any queries that we may have regarding our account or products/services provided by them! There really isn't anything to dislike about this platform - it's great for us as an agency because they offer such comprehensive services in one place which saves time when working together (and also makes life easier!). They do everything from setting up campaigns through optimising existing ones so there aren’t too many things you can ask off your own bat without knowing someone who works within their department already :) Highly recommended if budget allows!! We use Expertsmobi primarily but work closely alongside other agencies like O2 MediaWorks UK where expertise lies across multiple channels including text messaging & display advertising via MMS platforms etc.
