Review on 🔵 Blue Swivel Kitchen and Dining Room Chair: Modway Lippa Mid-Century Modern Upholstered Fabric by Eric Salem

This item would be fantastic if it weren't for a couple of imperfections that I immediately noticed. I found a crack in the base of the chair next to where the top of the cabinet was attached. This tear is what worried me the most: if a tall person sits on this chair, it may break; in a manner that could result in serious injury. I also couldn't ignore scratches and blunt scratches on the body of the chair both front and back to the top. I am not sure if I received a used chair. If so, then this is unacceptable. It looked used and neglected. The pillow is a little firm, but that doesn't matter. It is almost identical to the real original chair that I have had several in my life. The only downside to this chair, which doesn't look exactly like the original, is that the round base/ledge that makes contact with the floor has a slightly bubbly appearance. Whereas the original narrows it down to almost zero. Anyone who knows the original will understand what I'm talking about. I didn't care but there were cracks and damage/scratches. All in all I returned the chair for a refund. I didn't want to risk a similar problem in the future by trying to trade it. I don't have a car and it was quite difficult to return this large package to the UPS store using public transport.
