So far, I'm really pleased with this treadmill! Well I bought this treadmill 3 months ago, and it works well, I love it. here goes pros and advice:Pros:- The instructions say it requires two people to assemble. I was able to handle 90% of the assembly by myself, It's really easy! hahahaha- it’s a portable style treadmill. I am 6'6"" and weigh 200lbs, Very sturdy and stable when using.- the belt stays well balanced, and overall is a high quality treadmill.- Multi-purpose screen display Time, Speed, Distance, Heart Rate, Calorie, etc.It looks like a $599 treadmill display!- Very intelligent mode choice for us, I can set the distance or calorie.- I am able to walk and run to my heart’s content. The belt runs smoothly and is not excessively loud.-Excellent addition to my home. The hear rate monitor works very well.-The treadmill doesn't take up that much space. It's a little shorter than a child's twin bed, While it can be folded, but I I generally leave it down and ready to use.- Last one point. It's great portable folding treadmill. It's a commitment and habit that is worth it beyond measure, especially for someone like me that works mostly behind a desk at a mostly sedentary job.Cons:- FedEx logistics providers are generally used for distribution, Most of them have no sign in service, So I suggest that you contact the delivery clerk in advance to ensure that someone is at home when delivering the treadmill.All in all, very happy about this purchase, The cost was less than 6 months of gym membership when you factor in child care and would allow me to run at home anytime I wanted. I could run or walk during naptime, while the kids played, etc. As an avid runner, an athlete and half marathoner this treadmill is perfect. I haven't even used any of the settings yet but the basic machine itself is wonderful .
