I don't think I've ever looked forward to a diaper change so much. I needed something portable so I could carry it to different rooms and have everything in one place. That's great. Remember that the tissue holder is separate (this is good if you buy hinged lid tissues instead of individual lids). The product comes with a container that has a drawer and a slot for a changing pad. The included Ubbi changing mat is great, easy to clean, water resistant and if you use a smooth surface there is friction so it stays stable. The trolley itself also has small rubberized feet so it won't slip on the hardwood floor or dresser you place the trolley on. The little drawer is perfect for storing small items, I currently have a 3oz tube of butt cream and keep extra pacifiers in there. 10-15 size 1 diapers. I actually needed a tissue box because I was buying loose tissues and saw this cart so I went and bought it.
