I bought the handset in 2017 as part of a complete DuraFon Pro 4 line system (this is the 2nd system from 2010). I did not use all the new phones until February 2020. I found that one of the phones (new right out of the box) had a bad buzz. I've been trying to fix the phone for a month now, I've filled out all the paperwork, filled in the original receipt and I'm still waiting for a response. I would have expected faster response on a $500 phone, not to mention the nearly $6,000 I've spent on two complete DuraFon systems since 2010. I have to admit that phones are worth their weight in gold as long as they work. Customer service is terrible. I would not buy again.
