Brand new cable that doesn't work

I bought this cable to connect to my Mackie ProFX 16 channel sound card on a TRS monitor and to one of my 400w Crown power amplifiers send. Crown power amps accept XLR plug inputs, this cable is meant to separate the left and right signal from the TRS output, but when connected to my Crown Power amp only one channel works and the other channel is disabled. cable outlet.
