Love the big size but hate the absorbency and thickness

I want to love these pads because they are the only pads I have found in bulk at a great price that cover women with large breasts and areolas. Medela is very small but absorbs better than these pads. Every time I sleep in them I wake up in a puddle and they get wet. It defeats the point. You are thin too. Why does the manufacturer think we need ultra-thin ones? If I could design the perfect breast pad, I would like it to be big and wide, thick at the areola and thin outside the areola to make it look smooth in clothing. Side wings for collecting milk from the sides. Because I sleep on my side. The edge behind the fenders should have a thick bead on the seal as a last resort. And I personally hate the option with stickers, I'd rather not stick them on my eyebrows because when the eyebrows move I don't want something rubbing my sore nipples without putting a pad on my eyebrows so it's on me liable and not movement. But this paper pad keeps air out of the pads to keep me dry. I know other people might want to tape this to their foreheads, but suggesting two options would be a plus. Finally, I would make it more breathable by keeping the backing so it doesn't get covered with plastic or glue. Also, the bottom of the pad needs to be more absorbent than the top, obviously because it will sink when leaking, so I need more coverage under my nipples than the top, the crease shouldn't be square in the middle of the pad but more up so I can top I'm a little covered but the crease is where I plant my nipples so the bottom needs to hang down to wrap under my breast and also absorb breast sweat. Since boobs full of milk are hot boobs and hot means sweat, I wish the pad could absorb from both sides. This is my perfect pad. Now do it!
