has been corrupted update. After 3 months I finally had to charge the device I had on the stairs. Used in the lowest conditions, it excelled on dark stairways early in the morning or at night. I originally bought them to illuminate a dark hallway closet. When I received them I realized how many uses I had. My pantry, which has always been a sore point because it was so dark, required me to pull every shelf into the light to find what I was looking for. With the new light on minimum (maximum for photos) that turns on when I open the door, I can clearly see what's on the shelf. If I get up early in the morning when it's dark and my cat bothers me with food, I can now open the pantry door, find a cat-approved food jar (cat owners will understand the term), and get it off my back. . I installed another one in this closet and used the last one to light up the stairs to the second floor. The magnetic mounting bar makes it easy to remove for charging, and all instructions are followed. As for reliability and charging frequency, we'll have to wait for a future review. I have just ordered 2 more sets, one for the original dark closet and many other dark places.
