Chair assemblies work as advertised. No matter how the heater is turned on, no heat is felt when using the damper. After 5 minutes, the temperature measured directly at the nodes had risen by about 7 degrees Fahrenheit. If anyone can check the temperature rise in 5 minutes and let me know I would be very grateful. This temperature increase in my chair is not felt when the damper is used. I contacted the company about the soft heat and they said this is normal for the chair. So if you're expecting warmth when using a visor, you might be disappointed. To get a guarantee, the instructions suggest sending an email titled "guarantee”. The booklet and card that came with the chair (see photos) says you can get a message cushion (free or $0.19). I wrote a lot of emails to support using the message pad. They ignored most of my letters. When the support team didn't respond, I contacted the company through the Revain marketplace. They said they would escalate the issue to support. The support team continued to ignore my emails and I never received a reply to the message box. I believe they deliberately delayed replying to my emails so I could not return the item. From the way they continue to ignore my emails, I seriously doubt they will honor their warrant if you get into trouble.
