They certainly aren't high quality but they do the job for the price and as I adore headphones (regardless of their price) this is a good buy if you don't care about super quality sound . Most of my headphones lasted 6 to 8 months and had about the same sound quality. These did ten months before the real bud came out and I figured since there was a year left until purchase I'd reach out to the company and see what happens. After telling them the kidney was ruptured they immediately sent another pair (unfortunately it took us about 2 weeks to get here but one kidney was still working and this new pair was free). To be honest I am very happy with this one company. I appreciate that they care about their customers and are willing to do such things! But yeah, like I said, the quality is nothing special and like this in-ear mic and all the others I've had, the quality of the mic is poor. But actually I only use it for listening to music, which it handles quite well. :)
