This brush is the best for my natural hair. I have thick 4C hair and had trouble detangling it. Prior to my Tangle teaser, I used a wide tooth comb, a Denman brush, or my fingers, but they didn't do anything about the tight tangles I got. I got frustrated with how long it would take and started moving faster, which ended up pulling my hair out. Every time I touched my hair I felt like I was losing it. When I bought the Tangle Teaser I used it during the deep state. I started at the bottom and went up and couldn't believe how my curls seemed to melt around it. What used to take hours has now been reduced to around 26 minutes. When I looked at the comb, there were almost no loose or broken hairs left on it. I threw away all other detangling tools (although I chose to keep my fingers). So overall 10/10 would buy again. The only thing that really annoys me is that I didn't decide to buy it sooner. This travel teaser cemented my loyalty for life.
