The ball joint is too loose and my phone (Samsung Galaxy) falls so I can't read it with every impact. It doesn't fall out of the mount or get damaged, but because the ball joint is so loose, the ball joint itself falls under gravity, sending my phone to the ground. This is useless because I have to keep lifting the phone in the holder so I can see it.
