Review on 🔪 Parker's Latigo Leather Straight Razor Strop for Sharpening Straight Razors & Knives – Handcrafted in the USA – 3” x 27” (Red) by Laura Douglas

Came folded leaving creases on the skin. I had to sand, wet and roll to get a usable line. I don't like layered mesh (or whatever it is) looks like a pair mismatch (skin style should give a strong sense of tension: and polyester mesh gives 0 reviews): I was a beginner and only after many tries and failed results ( bad shave) I learned the importance of a smooth surface and what feedback means for a good sharpening technique. The supplier contacted me for a replacement leather: and now, with practice, the poly weaving is working. I wasn't aware the packaging was made by Revain so I emailed customer service about the packaging for this product (hope this helps in the future). I'm looking forward to trying the leather and I expect to have to re-edit and update my review when I get it. The supplier approached us, sent me a new belt and wow what a difference. You can see my sling on the left which had a few wrinkles in the leather that I rolled and sanded compared to the right which is perfectly smooth. Thanks again to Parker for great customer support.
