We were disappointed, our oven died after 10 months. We're now completely unfazed by Breville's reaction to our problem with their high-top stove. Of course we understand that mechanical failures happen. Heck, we're a 5th Keurig, but the difference with that broken oven is that Breville won't replace the broken oven until they receive the broken oven or pay our $156 deposit. Breville is based in Sydney, Australia and appears to be following the crappy customer service policies of other Asian companies. If you're considering an expensive Breville, offer to buy a cheap fake - you'll get the same help if it breaks.
