These things are so comfortable I wear one almost all the time, not just for sleep. It really started when I had to wear my hair up at work, because I work around machinery and moving parts. It keeps my hair clean, contained, and protected. When I wear it during the day I just wear it like a beret, and most people don't even realize I have long hair. And I definitely use it to sleep in.For me, having long hair and living an active life, this is an essential.
